Little Known Ways to Stay Healthy

I was constantly sick and in pain and out of school for months at a time as a child. My father was retired at the age of 43 and dying when I was fifteen. That year our family doctor told me that I would deteriorate faster than my dad and die very young.

My seventy-second birthday was this past summer. I would have had a short, miserable life, if I did not make significant changes. After recovering from the shock of the diagnosis, I immediately began my healing journey and continue it every day.

We each have free will, and choice in everything we think, speak, and act in our body and the world. Now is an excellent time to remember this.

I chose to change the path my family and I were on and claimed health as my nature. I did not wait for others to change or try to change them. I was breaking family patterns and was not appreciated for breaking out of the disease spiral and into a healing lifestyle.

Our body and being are programmed to heal. We are self-healing organisms and it takes our intention and actions to work with our bodies to heal and learn to stop working against ourselves.

A story that changed my life at that time was a New Testament story of a woman who had suffered for many years, and no healer could help her. Then, one day she decided that when she touched the cloak of Jesus, she would automatically heal, and she was.

The woman's healing story told me of our ability to heal with our will, choice, and belief. I wanted to learn how to live the life that Jesus taught. He said we all had extraordinary abilities to have a beautiful life, heal us, and help others.

I followed my inner knowing and found the perfect resources to answer my questions every step of the way. I began with the study of nutrition and Silva mind control and read Edgar Cayce's readings on medical intuition at fifteen.

I saw great value in living unconditional love and Universal laws that Jesus taught. Therefore, I did not follow man's ways of control, fear, and separation of us with us, each other, and God.

That Doctor did me a favor and, in his way, his diagnosis woke me up and saved my life. We cannot blame others; we must choose for ourselves, reclaim our power and intelligence and live our own life. Even as a small child, I knew this, which helped me survive to thrive.

Basics to build your immunity and create health.

  1. Our nature is health.
  2. Focus, research, and allow more healing information to come to you to achieve that.
  3. Be true to yourself in relationships, family, work, and life. Confusion, suffering, anxiety, fear, and dis-ease, are the result of not living our truth.
  4. Trust your inner voice that is soft and strong. The loud, emotional thoughts are filled with fear, interfere with our innate wisdom, and take us off course.
  5. Stop looking outside for approval or pleasing others.
  6. Find your inner truth and unconditional love for yourself.
  7.  Healing is organic, and others can learn and change too.

Always in Love and Good Health.
