Janet also leads us through advanced Shamanic practices. \nOUR RETREAT SPACE: \nArt Farm is a farm converted to a retreat space in the Hudson Valley in the Catskill Mountains\, west of New Paltz\, off the NY Thruway and Route 209. Janet rents the cabins and acres of property for privacy. We have a main cabin and smaller cabins\, each equipped with linens for sleeping and working together. A pine forest campground has a flush toilet and an outdoor stone-lined hot shower for tent campers. We provide our own food and have an ample\, fully equipped kitchen\, along with indoor and outdoor seating. It is suggested that we prepare something simple to make the most of our time. \nTHE WEEKEND: \nWe gather Friday afternoon\, settle in\, and enjoy a communal dinner. Friday night’s welcome ceremony marks the start of the weekend. We meet in learning and journeying sessions throughout the weekend\, with space in between to integrate the energy and information we experience directly. We leave on Sunday\, before or after lunch\, as you decide. Our last session ends before noon.
