The Mitote is a ceremony Saturday night that raises our energy\, clears and heals what is in our way\, and allows us to receive information in lucid dreaming. The Gayatri Mantra chanted throughout the ceremony by the smaller group rotating in the center at the fire. This ceremony was taught to me by one of Don Miguel Ruiz’s first apprentices. I have offered the Mitote in retreats and ceremonial overnights for 18 years. \nEither you are chanting or dreaming on the outside of the circle in this experience\, allowing the raising of your energy and profound cleansing\, visions\, and inner movement. \nSunrise on Sunday\, you sit in your sacred spot in nature and enjoy a powerfully transformative experience. \nYou realize just how long an hour or twenty-four hours are in a day.
