Put these dates on your calendar – 2/12\, 3/12 \nEnd your weekend on Sunday night and prepare to begin your week with a deeply relaxing guided meditation allowing you to let go of stress\, be open to a night of good sleep\, and experience yourself from a centered\, empowered\, and clear place. \nEach session offers guided meditation\, teachings\, tools\, questions\, and sharing.
