Parts that work against us are the interfering energies. \n\nSo much of our personality takes doubt and disempowering thoughts for granted.\nThe reason I say zero tolerance\, or no B.S.\, is to help us stop playing limited and small.\nIt is a practice to stop accepting less than who we are.\nThe soul knows all.\nWhen we have a voice of doubt\, or putting us in our place\, and limiting us with reasons and excuses\, it’s all B.S.\nWe practice this to know the truth of our souls.\nThis is also a profound spiritual practice to be fully in your authentic self\, personality\, and soul.\nAs we align with the divine\, clarity and peace arise within.\nOur lake is a real space and always in us\, and us. \nAnything that blocks us from this can be cleared.\nThe universal law is that when we are 100% clear and free of doubt\, and command change and energy out\, it has to leave immediately.\nTenacity. Confidence. Practice.\nOur lake is our inner space in higher dimensions\, always ours to access and work with.\nThis is the most profound spiritual Shamanic practice I know for accomplishing healing and gaining knowledge on all levels.\nWe access our inner net that knows all.\nEvery part of the teachings and experience is a journey.\n\nComing back to the breath and practicing it throughout the day is key. \nThis is not just another breathing practice; it awakens us to see and feel the truth of who we are. \nThe thoughts we clear are the ones controlling our lives. \nWE CLEAR REAL ENERGY OF TRAUMA AND ALL WE HAVE CARRIED THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR TRUE SELF. \nAs we no longer listen\, follow\, analyze\, or talk to them\, we are free to release the energy\, patterns\, and beliefs that have brought them to us in the beginning and since. \nAs we stop tolerating not knowing\, the knowing is awaiting our attention. \nGetting out of our minds and into our souls is subtle\, and as we continue this practice\, it becomes clearer and easier.  \nA couple of questions come to me as I work with us all. \nWhy do we so easily believe negative beliefs instead of embracing the higher positive vibrations and truth? \nOne reason is that it is the way we have been socialized\, and how our ego has adapted in all areas of our lives. \nHaving good boundaries and discernment takes practice. We are breaking through illusions to truth. \nYou can feel it in your energy. \nYou also say protective sayings in your head or out loud. \nIt will be okay. \nIt’s alright.  \nIt’s just the way I am. \nIN THIS PRACTICE. We learn to go within to our higher self\, soul\, and twin\, and to know the truth. \nIt is a practice to trust and know what we know. \nAs soon as we buffer truth and experience with kind of\, sort of\, maybe\, I think\, or like\, we are entertaining fear. \nTo say what we mean\, and mean what we say\, is an essential learning curve and practice for all. \nNo doubt. In working in divine realms\, we purify the stories and discover the truth\, which frees us on all levels of our being.   \nThe reason I start with the Monkey Mind teachings and breaths is manifold. \n\nImmediately\, you begin to clear energy in your mind\, body\, and all energy bodies that have been added to your true nature and create confusion.\nWhen we do this breath\, we dismiss the energy of the thoughts that control us.\nDropping into our quiet center\, we can finally hear the voice of our inner wisdom\, our soul.\nThe ego part that thinks that we are in control is what interferes.\n Proper control is when we allow the ego to align with our soul.\nWhen we recognize that these are not our thoughts\, our truth\, or what we desire\, we can choose to begin making lifelong changes.\nNotice what throws you off track: a key phrase is “a part of me” does not want to take care of me or do the correct thing.\n\nTHIS IS NOT YOU! Parts that work against us are the interfering energies. \n\nSo much of our personality takes doubt and disempowering thoughts for granted.\nThe reason I say zero tolerance\, or no B.S.\, is to help us stop playing limited and small.\nIt is a practice to stop accepting less than who we are.\nThe soul knows all.\nWhen we have a voice of doubt\, or putting us in our place\, and limiting us with reasons and excuses\, it’s all B.S.\nWe practice this to know the truth of our souls.\nThis is also a profound spiritual practice to be fully in your authentic self\, personality\, and soul.\nAs we align with the divine\, clarity and peace arise within.\nOur lake is a real space and always in us\, and us. \nAnything that blocks us from this can be cleared.\nThe universal law is that when we are 100% clear and free of doubt\, and command change and energy out\, it has to leave immediately.\nTenacity. Confidence. Practice.\nOur lake is our inner space in higher dimensions\, always ours to access and work with.\nThis is the most profound spiritual Shamanic practice I know for accomplishing healing and gaining knowledge on all levels.\nWe access our inner net that knows all.\nEvery part of the teachings and experience is a journey.\n\nComing back to the breath and practicing it throughout the day is key. \nThis is not just another breathing practice; it awakens us to see and feel the truth of who we are. \nThe thoughts we clear are the ones controlling our lives. \nWE CLEAR REAL ENERGY OF TRAUMA AND ALL WE HAVE CARRIED THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR TRUE SELF. \nAs we no longer listen\, follow\, analyze\, or talk to them\, we are free to release the energy\, patterns\, and beliefs that have brought them to us in the beginning and since. \nAs we stop tolerating not knowing\, the knowing is awaiting our attention. \nGetting out of our minds and into our souls is subtle\, and as we continue this practice\, it becomes clearer and easier.  \nA couple of questions come to me as I work with us all. \nWhy do we so easily believe negative beliefs instead of embracing the higher positive vibrations and truth? \nOne reason is that it is the way we have been socialized\, and how our ego has adapted in all areas of our lives. \nHaving good boundaries and discernment takes practice. We are breaking through illusions to truth. \nYou can feel it in your energy. \nYou also say protective sayings in your head or out loud. \nIt will be okay. \nIt’s alright.  \nIt’s just the way I am. \nIN THIS PRACTICE. Parts that work against us are the interfering energies. \n\nSo much of our personality takes doubt and disempowering thoughts for granted.\nThe reason I say zero tolerance\, or no B.S.\, is to help us stop playing limited and small.\nIt is a practice to stop accepting less than who we are.\nThe soul knows all.\nWhen we have a voice of doubt\, or putting us in our place\, and limiting us with reasons and excuses\, it’s all B.S.\nWe practice this to know the truth of our souls.\nThis is also a profound spiritual practice to be fully in your authentic self\, personality\, and soul.\nAs we align with the divine\, clarity and peace arise within.\nOur lake is a real space and always in us\, and us. \nAnything that blocks us from this can be cleared.\nThe universal law is that when we are 100% clear and free of doubt\, and command change and energy out\, it has to leave immediately.\nTenacity. Confidence. Practice.\nOur lake is our inner space in higher dimensions\, always ours to access and work with.\nThis is the most profound spiritual Shamanic practice I know for accomplishing healing and gaining knowledge on all levels.\nWe access our inner net that knows all.\nEvery part of the teachings and experience is a journey.\n\nComing back to the breath and practicing it throughout the day is key. \nThis is not just another breathing practice; it awakens us to see and feel the truth of who we are. \nThe thoughts we clear are the ones controlling our lives. \nWE CLEAR REAL ENERGY OF TRAUMA AND ALL WE HAVE CARRIED THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR TRUE SELF. \nAs we no longer listen\, follow\, analyze\, or talk to them\, we are free to release the energy\, patterns\, and beliefs that have brought them to us in the beginning and since. \nAs we stop tolerating not knowing\, the knowing is awaiting our attention. \nGetting out of our minds and into our souls is subtle\, and as we continue this practice\, it becomes clearer and easier.  \nA couple of questions come to me as I work with us all. \nWhy do we so easily believe negative beliefs instead of embracing the higher positive vibrations and truth? \nOne reason is that it is the way we have been socialized\, and how our ego has adapted in all areas of our lives. \nHaving good boundaries and discernment takes practice. We are breaking through illusions to truth. \nYou can feel it in your energy. \nYou also say protective sayings in your head or out loud. \nIt will be okay. \nIt’s alright.  \nIt’s just the way I am. \nIN THIS PRACTICE. We learn to go within to our higher self\, soul\, and twin\, and to know the truth. \nIt is a practice to trust and know what we know. \nAs soon as we buffer truth and experience with kind of\, sort of\, maybe\, I think\, or like\, we are entertaining fear. \nTo say what we mean\, and mean what we say\, is an essential learning curve and practice for all. \nNo doubt. No fear. Here are some notes below to remember and begin.\nIN JOY! \nDiscerning truth from lies is tricky\, as they all sound like our own voice.  \nIn creating our reality in our daily life\, we use methods that have kept us safe as children. In working in divine realms\, we purify the stories and discover the truth\, which frees us on all levels of our being.   \nThe reason I start with the Monkey Mind teachings and breaths is manifold. \n\nImmediately\, you begin to clear energy in your mind\, body\, and all energy bodies that have been added to your true nature and create confusion.\nWhen we do this breath\, we dismiss the energy of the thoughts that control us.\nDropping into our quiet center\, we can finally hear the voice of our inner wisdom\, our soul.\nThe ego part that thinks that we are in control is what interferes.\n Proper control is when we allow the ego to align with our soul.\nWhen we recognize that these are not our thoughts\, our truth\, or what we desire\, we can choose to begin making lifelong changes.\nNotice what throws you off track: a key phrase is “a part of me” does not want to take care of me or do the correct thing.\n\nTHIS IS NOT YOU! Parts that work against us are the interfering energies. \n\nSo much of our personality takes doubt and disempowering thoughts for granted.\nThe reason I say zero tolerance\, or no B.S.\, is to help us stop playing limited and small.\nIt is a practice to stop accepting less than who we are.\nThe soul knows all.\nWhen we have a voice of doubt\, or putting us in our place\, and limiting us with reasons and excuses\, it’s all B.S.\nWe practice this to know the truth of our souls.\nThis is also a profound spiritual practice to be fully in your authentic self\, personality\, and soul.\nAs we align with the divine\, clarity and peace arise within.\nOur lake is a real space and always in us\, and us. \nAnything that blocks us from this can be cleared.\nThe universal law is that when we are 100% clear and free of doubt\, and command change and energy out\, it has to leave immediately.\nTenacity. Confidence. Practice.\nOur lake is our inner space in higher dimensions\, always ours to access and work with.\nThis is the most profound spiritual Shamanic practice I know for accomplishing healing and gaining knowledge on all levels.\nWe access our inner net that knows all.\nEvery part of the teachings and experience is a journey.\n\nComing back to the breath and practicing it throughout the day is key. \nThis is not just another breathing practice; it awakens us to see and feel the truth of who we are. \nThe thoughts we clear are the ones controlling our lives. \nWE CLEAR REAL ENERGY OF TRAUMA AND ALL WE HAVE CARRIED THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR TRUE SELF. \nAs we no longer listen\, follow\, analyze\, or talk to them\, we are free to release the energy\, patterns\, and beliefs that have brought them to us in the beginning and since. \nAs we stop tolerating not knowing\, the knowing is awaiting our attention. \nGetting out of our minds and into our souls is subtle\, and as we continue this practice\, it becomes clearer and easier.  \nA couple of questions come to me as I work with us all. \nWhy do we so easily believe negative beliefs instead of embracing the higher positive vibrations and truth? \nOne reason is that it is the way we have been socialized\, and how our ego has adapted in all areas of our lives. \nHaving good boundaries and discernment takes practice. We are breaking through illusions to truth. \nYou can feel it in your energy. \nYou also say protective sayings in your head or out loud. \nIt will be okay. \nIt’s alright.  \nIt’s just the way I am. \nIN THIS PRACTICE. We learn to go within to our higher self\, soul\, and twin\, and to know the truth. \nIt is a practice to trust and know what we know. \nAs soon as we buffer truth and experience with kind of\, sort of\, maybe\, I think\, or like\, we are entertaining fear. \nTo say what we mean\, and mean what we say\, is an essential learning curve and practice for all. \nNo doubt. No fear. No judgment or blame. \nPractice this in your everyday life. \nHONOR This is my experience\, choice\, decision\, and action. \nBeing our own advocate is imperative. \nThe universe works with us\, calling for what we want. \nI want Clarity. In working in divine realms\, we purify the stories and discover the truth\, which frees us on all levels of our being.   \nThe reason I start with the Monkey Mind teachings and breaths is manifold. \n\nImmediately\, you begin to clear energy in your mind\, body\, and all energy bodies that have been added to your true nature and create confusion.\nWhen we do this breath\, we dismiss the energy of the thoughts that control us.\nDropping into our quiet center\, we can finally hear the voice of our inner wisdom\, our soul.\nThe ego part that thinks that we are in control is what interferes.\n Proper control is when we allow the ego to align with our soul.\nWhen we recognize that these are not our thoughts\, our truth\, or what we desire\, we can choose to begin making lifelong changes.\nNotice what throws you off track: a key phrase is “a part of me” does not want to take care of me or do the correct thing.\n\nTHIS IS NOT YOU! Parts that work against us are the interfering energies. \n\nSo much of our personality takes doubt and disempowering thoughts for granted.\nThe reason I say zero tolerance\, or no B.S.\, is to help us stop playing limited and small.\nIt is a practice to stop accepting less than who we are.\nThe soul knows all.\nWhen we have a voice of doubt\, or putting us in our place\, and limiting us with reasons and excuses\, it’s all B.S.\nWe practice this to know the truth of our souls.\nThis is also a profound spiritual practice to be fully in your authentic self\, personality\, and soul.\nAs we align with the divine\, clarity and peace arise within.\nOur lake is a real space and always in us\, and us. \nAnything that blocks us from this can be cleared.\nThe universal law is that when we are 100% clear and free of doubt\, and command change and energy out\, it has to leave immediately.\nTenacity. Confidence. Practice.\nOur lake is our inner space in higher dimensions\, always ours to access and work with.\nThis is the most profound spiritual Shamanic practice I know for accomplishing healing and gaining knowledge on all levels.\nWe access our inner net that knows all.\nEvery part of the teachings and experience is a journey.\n\nComing back to the breath and practicing it throughout the day is key. \nThis is not just another breathing practice; it awakens us to see and feel the truth of who we are. \nThe thoughts we clear are the ones controlling our lives. \nWE CLEAR REAL ENERGY OF TRAUMA AND ALL WE HAVE CARRIED THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR TRUE SELF. \nAs we no longer listen\, follow\, analyze\, or talk to them\, we are free to release the energy\, patterns\, and beliefs that have brought them to us in the beginning and since. \nAs we stop tolerating not knowing\, the knowing is awaiting our attention. \nGetting out of our minds and into our souls is subtle\, and as we continue this practice\, it becomes clearer and easier.  \nA couple of questions come to me as I work with us all. \nWhy do we so easily believe negative beliefs instead of embracing the higher positive vibrations and truth? \nOne reason is that it is the way we have been socialized\, and how our ego has adapted in all areas of our lives. \nHaving good boundaries and discernment takes practice. We are breaking through illusions to truth. \nYou can feel it in your energy. \nYou also say protective sayings in your head or out loud. \nIt will be okay. \nIt’s alright.  \nIt’s just the way I am. \nIN THIS PRACTICE. We learn to go within to our higher self\, soul\, and twin\, and to know the truth. \nIt is a practice to trust and know what we know. \nAs soon as we buffer truth and experience with kind of\, sort of\, maybe\, I think\, or like\, we are entertaining fear. \nTo say what we mean\, and mean what we say\, is an essential learning curve and practice for all. \nNo doubt. No fear. No judgment or blame. \nPractice this in your everyday life. \nHONOR This is my experience\, choice\, decision\, and action. \nBeing our own advocate is imperative. \nThe universe works with us\, calling for what we want. \nI want Clarity. Parts that work against us are the interfering energies. \n\nSo much of our personality takes doubt and disempowering thoughts for granted.\nThe reason I say zero tolerance\, or no B.S.\, is to help us stop playing limited and small.\nIt is a practice to stop accepting less than who we are.\nThe soul knows all.\nWhen we have a voice of doubt\, or putting us in our place\, and limiting us with reasons and excuses\, it’s all B.S.\nWe practice this to know the truth of our souls.\nThis is also a profound spiritual practice to be fully in your authentic self\, personality\, and soul.\nAs we align with the divine\, clarity and peace arise within.\nOur lake is a real space and always in us\, and us. \nAnything that blocks us from this can be cleared.\nThe universal law is that when we are 100% clear and free of doubt\, and command change and energy out\, it has to leave immediately.\nTenacity. Confidence. Practice.\nOur lake is our inner space in higher dimensions\, always ours to access and work with.\nThis is the most profound spiritual Shamanic practice I know for accomplishing healing and gaining knowledge on all levels.\nWe access our inner net that knows all.\nEvery part of the teachings and experience is a journey.\n\nComing back to the breath and practicing it throughout the day is key. \nThis is not just another breathing practice; it awakens us to see and feel the truth of who we are. \nThe thoughts we clear are the ones controlling our lives. \nWE CLEAR REAL ENERGY OF TRAUMA AND ALL WE HAVE CARRIED THAT INTERFERES WITH OUR TRUE SELF. \nAs we no longer listen\, follow\, analyze\, or talk to them\, we are free to release the energy\, patterns\, and beliefs that have brought them to us in the beginning and since. \nAs we stop tolerating not knowing\, the knowing is awaiting our attention. \nGetting out of our minds and into our souls is subtle\, and as we continue this practice\, it becomes clearer and easier.  \nA couple of questions come to me as I work with us all. \nWhy do we so easily believe negative beliefs instead of embracing the higher positive vibrations and truth? \nOne reason is that it is the way we have been socialized\, and how our ego has adapted in all areas of our lives. \nHaving good boundaries and discernment takes practice. We are breaking through illusions to truth. \nYou can feel it in your energy. \nYou also say protective sayings in your head or out loud. \nIt will be okay. \nIt’s alright.  \nIt’s just the way I am. \nIN THIS PRACTICE. We learn to go within to our higher self\, soul\, and twin\, and to know the truth. \nIt is a practice to trust and know what we know. \nAs soon as we buffer truth and experience with kind of\, sort of\, maybe\, I think\, or like\, we are entertaining fear. \nTo say what we mean\, and mean what we say\, is an essential learning curve and practice for all. \nNo doubt.
