The Gayatri Mantra chanted throughout the ceremony by the smaller group rotating in the center at the fire. This ceremony was taught to me by one of Don Miguel Ruiz’s first apprentices. I have offered the Mitote in retreats and ceremonial overnights for 18 years. \nEither you are chanting or dreaming on the outside of the circle in this experience\, allowing the raising of your energy and profound cleansing\, visions\, and inner movement. \nSunrise on Sunday\, you sit in your sacred spot in nature and enjoy a powerfully transformative experience. \nYou realize just how long an hour or twenty-four hours are in a day. This new perspective helps us to decide how to make better choices with our time at home. We bring back wisdom\, visions\, healing\, clarity\, and new perspectives\, along with increased energy and purpose. \nUsing Shamanic practice and tools\, we prepare for your quest time in the group sharing this experience. Each person will have a safe place close enough and far enough away from one another to have their private experience in nature for their quest. The Mitote is a favorite among her students. \nWe rent the entire property for the weekend for privacy and safety\, including full use of cabins\, campgrounds\, woods\, and open space for our fire\, quest\, and group work together. 3 cabins-one huge and spacious\, sleeps six safely. \nIf you would like to camp\, there is also a campground with a hot water shower and flush toilet. Everyone will bring food. As we come closer to the date\, we will see what the group wants to do\, share or bring their own food. Food will be simple and light for the retreat as we fast from Saturday night after dinner to Sunday noon. \n  \nThe owner and I are looking at safety in all of our planning. There are linens\, bring your own pillow. You might want to bring your own blankets\, sheets\, and towels.
