DESCRIPTION:New! Shamanic Journey Catskill Weekend 10/21-23.  \nJoin us for a weekend in a beautiful sacred space to deepen your connection to yourself and all. Enjoy Peace\, Clarity\, Wisdom\, and Healing.  \nParticipants feel refreshed\, reborn\, relaxed\, and heard. \n We can all use a weekend in nature far from the maddening crowd to hear ourselves think and be.  \nWe have plenty of space for us in the community and private time on our own.  \nDue to the infusion of cold air and messy weather early this fall\, I am planning more of an indoor retreat with some outdoor exploration.  \nWe circle inside and experience Shamanic Journeys to increase our connections and knowledge of who we are and to understand our journey. We meet and work with our guides and teachers supporting us. \nWe also work with the spirits of the land and nature and deepen our understanding of all of our connections. \nWeather permitting\, an outdoor fire ceremony is planned. \n“My weekend with Janet opened my mind\, heart\, and soul. She created the space with gentleness\, insight\, and warmth\, allowing this opening to unfold naturally. I appreciate how she could cull the wisdom from ancient practices and apply it to each student’s experience.” \nOur retreat space is easy to drive to. The farm and woods are sacred and honored and offer a haven to relax and enjoy the weekend. There are comfortable beds inside the lodge. The lodge is warm and welcoming. We have a full kitchen to prepare our meals.  \nBring layers of clothing to be warm and comfortable. If you choose to camp\, spots are available with a flush toilet and a hot outdoor shower.  \nEveryone brings food for themselves; keep it simple. Over the years\, I found that it is easier to bring our food in a small group as we all have unique diets.
