DESCRIPTION:“Our life makes sense when we discover the truth of our soul. Knowing who we are as the person we were born to be in this body and lifetime unfolds and is supported in many ways.” Janet StraightArrow \nSoul Shamanism came to me from a Siberian practice that took me beyond any Shamanic practice I had learned before. It answered my questions on how to Be The Medicine by connecting to our higher self-soul and exploring our multidimensional inner space where we discover all levels of us as humans and divine beings. I began in 2002 and have continued to teach\, practice\, and develop this work to profound healing and connection levels. \nMy favorite experience initiating a person into this sacred space was my mom at the age of eighty. She became very quiet all of a sudden. I asked her what her experience was? She said\, “Janet\, I feel at home for the first time in my life.” She was in absolute bliss\, content\, and at peace. This is the truth of who we are. \nWhy is it called Soul Shamanism? After studying Shamanism from traditions on many continents\, I found unity and wholeness in this practice to teach others to heal and gain knowledge more efficiently and effectively than any other method. I brought the wisdom of higher spiritual teachings universal worldwide and implemented them in this practice\, which makes all the difference. \nThis is a great way to learn self-healing and everything about who we are and live our purpose and best life. We access the Shamanic State of Consciousness in grounded and divine ways. \nMore possibilities open as we work with this together in sessions and classes. This is a great foundation for Be The Medicine and Medical Intuition as we directly connect to information on all levels. \nIn this work\, you learn discernment and how to eliminate blocks to your full health\, happiness\, purpose\, and living as you learn to live your highest potential and truth. In addition\, efficient\, direct healing of body\, mind\, emotions\, spirit through advanced techniques are taught. \nIn this session\, we will explore the practice and potential and explain more about the training. We have two classes scheduled this fall. A-Zoom class begins for 5 weeknights on Wednesday 10/13 to Wednesday 10/10. A retreat is scheduled on 11/12-14 at the Himalayan Institute for Yoga and a beautiful campus to explore. The Gayatri Mantra chanted throughout the ceremony by the smaller group rotating in the center at the fire. This ceremony was taught to me by one of Don Miguel Ruiz’s first apprentices. I have offered the Mitote in retreats and ceremonial overnights for 18 years. \nEither you are chanting or dreaming on the outside of the circle in this experience\, allowing the raising of your energy and profound cleansing\, visions\, and inner movement. \nSunrise on Sunday\, you sit in your sacred spot in nature and enjoy a powerfully transformative experience. \nYou realize just how long an hour or twenty-four hours are in a day. This new perspective helps us to decide how to make better choices with our time at home. The Mitote is a favorite among her students. \nWe rent the entire property for the weekend for privacy and safety\, including full use of cabins\, campgrounds\, woods\, and open space for our fire\, quest\, and group work together. 3 cabins-one huge and spacious\, sleeps six safely. \nIf you would like to camp\, there is also a campground with a hot water shower and flush toilet. Everyone will bring food. As we come closer to the date\, we will see what the group wants to do\, share or bring their own food.
